ALL IN 1: 50 TOOLS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By downloading, accessing, or using the All In 1: 50 Tools mobile application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1) ABOUT THE APP
The App provides a collection of utility tools (calculators, converters, organizers, media utilities, reference tools, and similar features). Some tools may be added, changed, or removed over time.

2) NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
The App may include informational content (for example: first aid reference, financial calculators, sports data, weather information). This information is provided for general informational purposes only and is not professional medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you use the App.

3) THIRD‑PARTY DATA & SOURCES
Some tools display content sourced from third parties. Third‑party content may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable.

Examples of third‑party sources used by the App may include:
- Weather data from Open‑Meteo.
- TV/Movie discovery data from TMDB.
- Sports schedules, scores, and standings data from public ESPN endpoints.

We do not control third‑party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or accuracy.

4) ACCOUNTS, SECURITY, AND DEVICE FEATURES
Some tools may use device security (PIN, Face ID/Touch ID) to protect content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN and for securing access to your device. We are not responsible for unauthorized access if your device or PIN is compromised.

5) CLOUD SYNC & BACKUP (iCLOUD)
If enabled, the App may sync certain settings and data using iCloud/CloudKit/iCloud Drive. Syncing is provided “as available” and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable due to network conditions, Apple service availability, device settings, storage limits, or account restrictions.

You are responsible for ensuring iCloud is enabled on your devices and that you have sufficient storage. We are not responsible for data loss due to iCloud configuration, Apple outages, device loss, or user error.

6) USER CONTENT
Some tools allow you to store content (notes, lists, files, images/videos). You retain ownership of your content. You agree not to store unlawful content or content that violates others’ rights.

7) ADVERTISING & IN‑APP PURCHASES
The App may display advertisements. You may have the option to remove ads via an in‑app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not control Apple’s billing systems.

8) ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- misuse the App;
- attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the App;
- use the App in a way that violates laws or third‑party rights.

9) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

10) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11) CHANGES
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
