All In One Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the All In 1: 100 Tools mobile application, also referred to as All In One, and related services provided by Joseph S Apps, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

1. Description of the App

All In One is a productivity toolkit that may include calculators, converters, scanners, quick lookups, text tools, utility tools, productivity helpers, and other everyday tools. Features may be changed, added, removed, limited, or discontinued at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the app. If you use the app on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

3. Account and Access

Some features may require an account, device permission, internet access, or an app store purchase. You are responsible for keeping any login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free and Paid Features

The app may offer free tools, paid tools, subscriptions, trials, or in-app purchases. Prices, trial availability, billing terms, and renewal details will be shown in the applicable app store or purchase flow. App store purchases are processed by the applicable app store provider and are subject to that provider’s terms and refund policies.

5. Tool Results and No Professional Advice

The app is provided for general productivity, convenience, and informational purposes only. Tool results may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for your specific situation. The app does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, engineering, safety, professional, or emergency advice. You are responsible for checking results and using your own judgment before relying on them.

6. User Inputs and Content

You are responsible for any text, numbers, images, files, links, or other content you enter, upload, scan, or process through the app. You agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, private, confidential, or malicious content, and you agree that you have the rights needed to use any content you submit.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, reverse engineer the app except where prohibited by law, use automation to overload the service, attempt unauthorized access, use the app for unlawful purposes, or use the app to create, store, process, or distribute harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive content.

8. Device Permissions

Some tools may request access to camera, photos, files, microphone, notifications, or location. You control these permissions through your device settings. If you deny or revoke a permission, some tools may not work.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The app may rely on or link to third-party services, app stores, websites, APIs, or providers. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, availability, or policies. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Intellectual Property

The app, design, branding, code, graphics, text, and original content are owned by or licensed to Joseph S Apps, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms.

11. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the app if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, misused the app, or used it in a way that could harm us, users, service providers, or third parties.

12. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOSEPH S APPS, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date. Continued use of the app after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
