- No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeited deposits or fees, where permitted and disclosed at booking.
5) Digital Products and Proofing
- Digital images, proofs, and galleries may be delivered electronically.
- Watermarked proofs are for selection purposes and may not be downloaded or reproduced without purchase/permission.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on session type and editing workload.
6) Prints and Physical Products
- Print colors may vary between screens and printed results due to monitor settings and print processes.
- You are responsible for reviewing crop/preview tools before ordering.
- Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carriers or production.
7) Returns and Refunds
Because many products are customized (prints, edited images), all sales may be final unless a product arrives damaged or there is an error attributable to us.
- If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos and order details.
- We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion where appropriate.
