These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Learn More mobile application, website pages, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Joseph S Apps, LLC (“Joseph S Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, creating an account, or using Learn More, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Learn More

Learn More is intended to provide general learning, study, educational, informational, and productivity features. The Service may include lessons, saved topics, notes, prompts, search tools, practice tools, quizzes, reminders, AI-assisted explanations, or other learning-related features depending on the version you use.

Features may be changed, added, removed, limited, or discontinued at any time.

2. Educational and Informational Use Only

Learn More is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. The Service is not an accredited school, university, tutor, counselor, doctor, lawyer, financial advisor, accountant, or other licensed professional service.

Content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for checking important information with reliable sources, teachers, parents or guardians where appropriate, or qualified professionals before relying on it.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use Learn More unless a specific version of the Service clearly states that it is intended for younger users and includes appropriate parental, guardian, or school controls. If you use the Service on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

6. AI-Assisted or Generated Content

If Learn More includes AI-assisted features, you understand that AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable. AI outputs should not be treated as professional advice, final answers, or guaranteed truth. You should verify important information before relying on it.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, bypass security controls, reverse engineer the app except where prohibited by law, use automation to overload the Service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, infringe rights, harass others, cheat academic systems, or use Learn More for unlawful or harmful purposes.

8. Third-Party Content and Links

The Service may rely on, display, or link to third-party services, websites, app stores, APIs, AI providers, educational sources, or content providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, accuracy, terms, privacy practices, or decisions.

9. Purchases and Free Features

Learn More may offer free features, paid features, subscriptions, trials, or in-app purchases depending on the version. Prices, trial availability, billing terms, and renewal details will be shown in the applicable app store or purchase flow. App store purchases are processed by the applicable app store provider and are subject to that provider’s terms and refund policies.

10. Intellectual Property

Learn More, including its name, branding, design, software, text, graphics, logos, interface, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Joseph S Apps, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for lawful personal, educational, or internal purposes.

11. Privacy

Your use of Learn More is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for protecting your device, login credentials, exported files, screenshots, and information you choose to share outside the app.

12. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, misused the Service, or used it in a way that could harm us, users, service providers, or third parties.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOSEPH S APPS, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOSEPH S APPS, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ACADEMIC OUTCOMES, OR OTHER LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE LEARN MORE.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Joseph S Apps, LLC from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Learn More, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of another person’s rights.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date. Continued use of Learn More after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
