For Squish Find account, sign-in, posting, map, purchase, privacy or moderation help, email itsjosephsapps@gmail.com. Include your device/platform, app version, what happened and the relevant report link if available. Never send passwords, one-time codes, government IDs or payment-card information.
Common questions
No location permission? Search Spotted by shop and city/ZIP or enter the public branch manually. Location is optional and only requested when you choose it.
No reports? A new area may have no community sightings yet. Map pins are public shops to check; they do not guarantee stock. You can share an actual shelf observation or direct online product link.
My post is missing? New finds and photos wait for moderation before publication. Contact support with the observation details if you need help.
Purchase or renewal? Use Restore Purchases for eligible store purchases and manage renewal in your original Apple/Google subscription settings. Contact us about verified-access problems; store refunds follow the store's process and applicable law.
