Using Squish Find
Joseph S Apps, LLC provides Squish Find to help adult and teen collectors age 13+ and parents share squishy-toy sightings in public shops and online product links. Contact itsjosephsapps@gmail.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Community Guidelines. Do not create an account or post if you are under 13. Minors must have any parent or guardian permission required by local law. You may browse public finds without an account; contributing and saving watches require an eligible, verified account.
Reports are leads, not guaranteed inventory
Community reports describe what someone saw at a stated time. They do not reserve a product, guarantee current stock or price, or certify a seller, product, authenticity or safety. A shop map pin does not establish availability. Photos can be mistaken or outdated. Online prices, shipping, tax, seller identity, product condition and availability must be checked on the original retailer website. Shop Now opens the independent seller; Squish Find does not process physical-toy checkout, peer-to-peer sales or trades. We are not affiliated with toy manufacturers or retailers merely because their names appear. Third-party names remain their owners' property.
Accounts and contributions
Keep your sign-in credentials private and provide accurate information. You retain your rights to content you submit and grant Joseph S Apps a nonexclusive permission to host, sanitize, moderate, display and share it as needed to operate Squish Find while the content remains in the service. Submit only photos and content you own or are authorized to share. Use public retail locations; never post a private home or someone else's personal details. Do not submit false sightings, spam, affiliate/referral abuse, scams, illegal goods, harassment, hate, sexual content, violence, counterfeit promotions or infringing material. Do not bypass security, manipulate confirmations or impersonate a shop or another person. No direct messaging or user-to-user checkout is provided.
Moderation, reporting and appeals
Photos and finds are reviewed before public publication. We may reject, hide or remove content and restrict accounts for guideline violations, safety, security or legal requirements. Use the in-app Report control to flag content and Block contributor to hide that contributor's reports. For urgent content concerns, rights complaints or an appeal, email our support address with a report link and explanation. Never include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Independent confirmations, sold-out reports and moderation can change a report's visibility or availability label.
Optional Pro subscription
If available in your store, Squish Find Pro is one optional automatically renewing monthly subscription, with a US price of $1.99/month. The native Apple App Store or Google Play purchase sheet shows your actual localized price, period, taxes where applicable and purchase terms before you approve. No annual, lifetime, introductory trial or one-time Pro offer is provided. Free browsing, posting, independent confirmations, safety, reporting and blocking remain available. Free accounts include up to 3 active saved watches; verified Pro accounts include up to 50. Optional device alerts concern approved sightings matching active watches and may be delayed; alerts do not guarantee availability. Only features actually described on the current offer screen are included; inventory and successful purchases of physical toys are never guaranteed. Checkout remains unavailable until the store can provide a valid offer and account verification.
Payment is charged by your Apple or Google account when you approve the native checkout. The subscription renews monthly until canceled under the store's rules. Manage or cancel renewal in Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel before the next renewal according to the store's deadline. Verified access ordinarily continues through the paid period unless refunded, revoked or otherwise ended under store rules. Restore Purchases can recover eligible purchases for the associated account. Store purchase history and server verification determine entitlement. Account deletion does not cancel store subscriptions. Refund requests follow the original store's processes and applicable consumer law. Privacy, safety and service changes
Our Privacy Policy explains account data, optional location, public posts, photos, providers and deletion. Do not heat or microwave squishy toys, swallow contents or assume a photo proves safety. Follow manufacturer age warnings and authoritative recall notices. Service features may change or become temporarily unavailable. We aim to keep reports useful but cannot promise that user content or independent retailers are accurate or continuously available. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Material term changes will be dated and presented where required.
