Your Custom Songz Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to ready-made music, albums, lyric videos, custom-song packages, and related digital services sold by Joseph S Apps, LLC under the Your Custom Songz brand.

1) All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final once payment is accepted. We do not offer returns, exchanges, credits, or refunds for a change of mind, an accidental purchase, failure to review product details, dissatisfaction based on subjective creative preference, or failure to use or download an available product. This rule applies to ready-made digital music and to custom-song services.

2) Immediate Performance of Custom Services

Custom creative work may begin immediately after payment, including project creation, questionnaire review, planning, writing, production, administration, and reservation of production capacity. By completing checkout, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that the order cannot be cancelled for a refund after payment, except where applicable law provides a non-waivable right.

3) Digital Music and Album Downloads

Because digital files cannot be physically returned and access may be provided immediately, purchases of ready-made songs, albums, and lyric videos are non-refundable. Failure to download a file before an access period ends, loss of a personal copy, device incompatibility, or a platform’s refusal to accept or display a file does not create a refund right. Contact us if you need reasonable assistance accessing a purchased file.

4) Custom-Song Revisions Are the Remedy

Creative work is subjective. If a custom-song sample does not follow the submitted brief or approved direction, use the revision process included with your package. Included revision rounds and any deadlines are shown at checkout or in the customer portal. A revision request, creative disagreement, or decision not to continue does not convert the order into a refundable purchase.

5) Limited Exceptions

We will provide a remedy when required by applicable law. We may also, after verification, correct the issue, replace a file, restore access, issue a credit, or refund the affected amount when:

  • you were charged more than once for the same order because of a verified processing error;
  • the delivered file is materially corrupted, incorrect, or unavailable and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time;
  • we cancel the order because we cannot provide the purchased product or service; or
  • another refund or remedy is required by law and cannot be waived.

These exceptions do not apply to ordinary artistic preferences, unsupported devices, prohibited commercial-use plans, missed event dates that were not expressly accepted by us in writing, or violations of the Personal-Use Music License.

6) Event Dates and Delivery Estimates

Tell us about event dates before ordering. A requested date is not guaranteed unless Joseph S Apps expressly accepts it in writing. Production and delivery estimates may be affected by incomplete questionnaires, delayed customer responses, revision activity, platform outages, payment reviews, force-majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate delivery, access, or billing issues. Filing a false or abusive chargeback, claiming non-delivery after access or download, or using purchased files while disputing payment may result in account suspension, license termination, access revocation, and submission of relevant order and access records to the payment provider.

8) How to Report a Billing or Delivery Problem

Email joseph@josephsapps.com with the purchaser’s email address, order number, purchase date, and a clear description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Requests should be submitted promptly after discovering the issue.
