Request account and data deletion
In the app, open Account → Delete account and follow the identity-verification and confirmation steps. You can request deletion without the app by emailing itsjosephsapps@gmail.com with the subject “Life Lessons U account deletion”. Include only your account email and a request to delete the account. We verify ownership before acting. Never send a password, government ID or payment details.
What is removed or retained
Account closure erases private coursework, simulations, device credentials and preferences. Pseudonymous billing, consent and security records may be retained for legal obligations, disputes or fraud prevention. External provider deletion is retried when necessary. Final retention periods and backup expiry must be approved before public enrollment.
Subscriptions and family access
Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Manage renewal with the original store; you do not have to cancel first to request deletion. Deleting an only guardian’s account can pause the linked learner’s access until a current authorized guardian is established.
