Independent education
Life Lessons U teaches general life skills through lessons, practice, assessments and simulations. It is an independent, non-degree service. Completion certificates do not award academic degrees, transferable college credit, accreditation or recognized professional credentials. Lessons are general education, not individualized financial, legal, medical or other professional advice. No employment, financial or personal outcome is guaranteed.
Eligibility and family accounts
Enrollment for children under 13 is unavailable in the initial product. Learners ages 13–17 must be enrolled and authorized by a parent or legal guardian through the family flow. A student’s acknowledgment of a policy does not replace guardian authorization. Adults must provide accurate account information and protect their sign-in credentials. Guardian authority and the transition to an adult account require verification through the supported account process.
Courses and membership
Standalone course pricing starts at US $39.99. The final course-access duration must be approved and disclosed on the purchase screen before sale. Academy membership is planned at US $99.99 per learner monthly or an annual promotional price of US $999.99 per learner, before applicable tax. The annual plan covers 12 months paid upfront and saves US $199.89 compared with 12 monthly payments totaling US $1,199.88. It renews yearly at US $999.99 until canceled; no promotion end date or later higher renewal price has been set. Monthly plans renew monthly and have no mandatory 12-month commitment. Storefront prices, currency and tax shown by Apple or Google at confirmation control native purchases.
Membership provides access during its paid period. Workshops are included when a confirmed instructor and schedule are available. The 12-month pathway is a learning plan, not a guarantee that every planned lesson or workshop is presently available. Development content is clearly identified and is not offered as a finished paid curriculum.
Renewals, cancellation and refunds
Before purchase, the checkout must disclose the amount, billing interval, renewal and access terms. Cancel an Apple subscription in Apple subscription settings, a Google Play subscription in Google Play subscriptions, or a website subscription through account billing. Cancellation stops future renewal; access ordinarily continues through the current paid period, subject to applicable law and the store’s rules. Deleting a Life Lessons U account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription.
Request Apple purchase refunds through Apple and Google Play refunds through Google’s available refund process. Contact Joseph S Apps about website purchases or access problems. The website refund eligibility period and standalone course duration are not finalized, so real sales remain disabled. Applicable consumer rights are not waived. A completed full refund removes the associated purchase access while preserving learning progress where the account remains active.
Responsible use and content
Use the service for your authorized learning. Do not share accounts, disrupt security, impersonate another person, infringe rights, harass others or redistribute protected course materials without permission. You retain rights to your submitted work and authorize the service to store and display it for your learning and authorized guardian or instructor review. Do not submit bank details, government identifiers, medical information or other sensitive personal documents. Simulator money and rewards are fictional and have no cash value. The initial product has no public student profiles or peer messaging.
Privacy, access and changes
The companion Privacy Policy explains account, learning, purchase and device data. Optional notifications can be declined without preventing ordinary learning. In-app account settings provide export and deletion requests. Joseph S Apps may restrict access for misuse, security incidents or invalid purchase entitlement; questions and account issues can be raised through support. Material changes to approved policies will be versioned and presented for renewed review before continued use where required.
Jurisdiction, dispute procedure, retention periods, service warranties and any liability limitations remain subject to attorney and owner review. This draft does not introduce an arbitration agreement, class-action waiver or an invented governing-law provision. These unresolved terms must be settled before commercial launch.
